I had the pleasure to work with Jason on many projects that enhanced the quality and delivery of strategic communications to a large group of people. Whether it was updating a current web site or the reconstruction of a web site with many elements, he took ownership and put his creativity and design mindset to work, to ensure it was logical, attractive and user friendly. I could always count on Jason to take control of a project and deliver exceptional quality, time and time again. Furthermore, he understands the value of building professional relationships and collaborating for success, both for himself and his clients. I was impressed by his maturity and know that he will continue to be the best in his endeavors.

One of the first projects I worked with him on involved a monthly newsletter. He reworked the newsletter from the ground up, creating a template that allowed for formatting consistency and easy layout for successive versions. He's responsive, collaborative and offers helpful suggestions for improvements, all of which ensures projects are completed professionally and in a timely manner.

Jason is a pleasure to work with. In October 2012, Dow AgroSciences went through a global rebrand. One of the projects that stemmed from this rebrand was the complete design overhaul of our company intranet. Jason was a key contributor in the successful transition from our former intranet design to the new intranet design. From template creation and training development to implementation of new templates and start-up tasks, Jason made himself available to address questions and concerns related to this transition.

Jason's work ethic is tireless and he is always willing to help. He is able to clearly articulate technical issues in a non-technical way to better communicate the message to those unfamiliar with the technical specifics. He is responsive to high priority needs and understands tight deadlines and requests.

Over the years, Jason and I have collaborated on a number of different projects; some as separate contractors for a mutual client, some as joint ventures, and some as a sub-contractor for my clients. In every case, Jason has displayed great professionalism and competency as designer and developer. His creativity, strategic thinking, and punctuality are invaluable when providing exceptional service and completing tasks on time. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Hiles on a complete redesign of the Arnold Center's web site. I can recommend him highly and without reservation.
